Information only. The site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer, a quote or professional advice for your situation. Using the site or sending us a message does not create a client relationship. Any engagement starts only with a written agreement signed by both sides.

Talent network. Joining the talent network is not a job application and does not promise work, an interview or a response. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Our content. The text, design, logo and name on this site belong to Not Another Nerd, LLC. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

What you send us. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use it to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use. Please do not use the site unlawfully, try to disrupt or probe its security, scrape it by automated means (other than search engines), or send spam through our forms.
